| Job Summary |
| Various Technical Support responsibilities as outlined below: |

| Responsibilities |
- Bilingual, ability to provide technical support to customers/installers.
- Electronic knowledge of installation of car starters preferably on the following products: AstroStart, AutoStart, Viper/Python/Clifford et Trilogix/Bypasskit.
- Computer savvy (Word, Excel etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties.
- Knowledgeable with new technology and 12 volt.
- Assist the R & D in developing new products and correcting problems through installation and evaluation of prototypes and guides to associate our products.
- Networking with local car dealership.
- Educate customers install the functioning of products in two parts. The first is the resolution of problems on the phone and the second is through training sessions that are external.
