Job Summary
Various Technical Support responsibilities as outlined below:
Responsibilities
  1. Bilingual, ability to provide technical support to customers/installers.
  2. Electronic knowledge of installation of car starters preferably on the following products: AstroStart, AutoStart, Viper/Python/Clifford et Trilogix/Bypasskit.
  3. Computer savvy (Word, Excel etc.)
  4. Ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties.
  5. Knowledgeable with new technology and 12 volt.
  6. Assist the R & D in developing new products and correcting problems through installation and evaluation of prototypes and guides to associate our products.
  7. Networking with local car dealership.
  8. Educate customers install the functioning of products in two parts. The first is the resolution of problems on the phone and the second is through training sessions that are external.

Education Requirements - CEGEP Graduate
Experience
Experience Requirements - 2-5 years
Technical Skills
12 V Knowledge a must
